HB 228 passes again!!!

HB 228 passed again in Senate and House again on Third Reading in both chambers, with a repeat of yesterday’s 40-10 in the Senate, but picking up yet a few votes for 85-14 in the House. HB 228 is now on its way to Governor Schweitzer’s desk.

Finally, the fat lady is about to sing (OK, OK, the “abundant” lady).
