Another Bill Introduced – Montana-Made Guns
January 14, 2009
Rep. Joel Boniek has introduced HB 246, MSSA’s Montana-made guns bill. This bill is designed to set up a legal challenge to the power of Congress to regulate firearms made and retained in Montana under the guise of Congress’s power from the Constitution to regulate commerce “among the states.”
You can now put HB 246 on your preference list with the Legislature’s Website. You may read the bill at:

After a little internet searching, reading, and checking up on this stuff I found it’s a pretty well established product in Canada and hails from Quebec where they have this funny habit of speaking a lot of French. Thus the name, Jig-A-Loo, and the company’s claim it derives from a saying they have up north, “I’ve got it!”
